JUST WANT THE BOAT TOUR, WITHOUT THE PACKAGE?

You can join Western Prince for just the boat tour directly from San Juan Island from April to October.

 

To get to Friday Harbor for whale watching many people drive from Seattle to the Anacortes Ferry Terminal and take the Washington State Ferry across to San Juan Island. The ferry ride is beautiful and you will see many islands on the way. The ferry to San Juan Island was recently ranked #4 out of the top 10 ferry rides in the world! Half the fun is getting here!

From Seattle, drive North on Interstate-5 to Highway 20 (Exit 230). Take Hwy. 20 west through Anacortes and out to the Washington State Ferry landing 4 miles west of Anacortes. Plan on 1.5 – 2 hours to get to Anacortes from Seattle. If you are coming just for a day trip then park your car and walk on the ferry to Friday Harbor, San Juan Island. No hassle. If you are bringing your car on the ferry you must make a reservation with Washington State Ferries. You can also use an interactive Google Map.

Once you arrive in Friday Harbor stop by our office to check in for your whale watching tour. Our office is located directly next to the ferry landing upstairs in the RED building.
